We take the time to listen to you about what you want your Computer System to do….then with regard to your budget, our workshop will custom build a System that will serve your needs now and into the foreseeable future. Using high quality generic parts, gives you the option of upgrading, modifying or repairing the system. Brand-name computers (from department stores) use proprietory parts that make it very difficult (or impossible) to upgrade your system, and brand-name parts are very expensive when repairs are required. Whilst we remain sensibly priced, we don’t build systems with price point as the main consideration; we focus on reliability and performance. A LECC Computer System is tested using very demanding utility software for several days before we are certain that you will be happy with your purchase. We call this our “burning in” process. Installation & Delivery does not mean dropped at your door and see you later. It means set-up and running and any questions you may have about it answered. If you’re a new user and would like some further help learning to use your computer, discuss some extra lessons with our friendly installer. Software that is purchased with your machine is all installed and ready for you to get up and go. We also supply you with all your legal copies of the disks. If you are buying your second or subsequent system and have printers, etc already…let us know and we can set them up for you on your new machine…at no charge. If you want Internet Access on your new machine, we can set that up for you, either through one of the providers that we support, or through the provider of your choice. We also know that when you’re learning, things can go wrong, so we offer what we call our FFUF service… that means First Fix Up Free.
